So I tried duck blood for the first time here. Verdict: way better than I expected, texture like tofu (like most people told me) but the outside had an interesting feel when you but through it. Almost like the film on a pudding. The inside was softer, too. Not something I’d seek out, but worth trying even if just to write home about.
